Klosa ("we", "us") provides a sales tracking workspace. We collect only what we need to run it: your email, name, the calls you log, the transcripts your integrations send us, and basic usage metadata.
We never sell your data. Recordings and transcripts stay private to your account — managers and admins may view your data inside your team, controlled by row-level permissions.
We use Supabase for storage and auth, Vercel for hosting, and Google Gemini for transcript analysis. Their respective privacy policies apply to data they process on our behalf.
